I am a planner with 30+ years of experience in state and local government, private-sector consulting, and non-profit organization management. In my consulting work, I focus on serving New England cities and towns, specializing in community and neighborhood planning, economic development, zoning, and affordable and fair housing. I’ve had an amazing and gratifying career! I love my work, and every new project is an opportunity to learn something new about what it takes for communities, neighborhoods, and downtowns to thrive.

• Zoning changes to encourage business development on portions of Route 119 in Groton

• Principal Author, Chapter 40B Handbook for Zoning Boards of Appeal (for Massachusetts Housing Partnership)
